以前使用的BQ24004一直正常没有问题，这次新购了一批BQ24004焊接在板子上就一部分正常，一部分不正常了。不正常的差不多占到了三分之一，不正常的芯片表现为：
1.不接电池给芯片上电时有正确的8.4v输出；
2.接上电池后给芯片上电，芯片就非正常发热，烫手了，并有8.4的电压输出；断开芯片电源后再次上电，芯片就没有输出也不发热了。
这是我们使用的原理图，和datasheet的基本一致
