tps650250 DCDC1输出是否适合用做DDR2的VTT?

在我现在的应用中,我用一片TPS650250和一片LP2997做电源管理。TPS650250的DCDC2输出1.8V给DDR2电路(应用中只用了一片128MBX8的DDR2,型号是MT47H128M8CF-3 ),DCDC3输出1.2V给MPU的内核,DCDC1没有用到(产品是外部3.3V供电),LP2997输出0.9V给DDR2_VTT和DDR2_VREF;现在这样设计的产品运行的很好,但我想更改一下我的设计,就是去掉LP2997,DDR2_VTT由TPA650250的DCDC1供电,DDR2_VREF由DCDC2等值电阻分压供电。我查看过LP2997手册,它的带载是持续电流500mA,瞬态900mA,因此TPS650250的DCDC1输出电流应该可以满足我现在的要求。唯一的区别是LP2997是LDO且内置高速运放,TPS650250是开关电源,我就怕用TPS650250给DDR2_VTT供电易受干扰,无法保证电源和信号的完整性。想请教是否可以这么用,谢谢!
