OPA227驱动LED的三极管FZT851输出电流在2A左右，而且发烫严重，我们想要电流达到4A左右，有其他的三极管推荐吗？

兜转了半天，这个问题又跑到我这里了。我不得不在内部问了我们的电源工程师，他说TI没有BJT只有MOS。看来您只能去别家寻找功率三极管了。
