我在使用bq24702芯片，电路图如下图，引脚VREF的电压始终都达不到+5V，当”ennable“引脚的电压升高到9V时，“vref”引脚的电压才达到3.2V，但是此时芯片开始发热，请高手帮我看看是哪有问题。是不是芯片坏了，还哪有问题。不胜感激！
