UCC28061相对60的改变主要有：
1、No Burst mode
2、OVP soft start
3、Loop-gain no change
UCC28063相对61的改变主要有：
1、CS threshold from 0.2V to 0.167V
2、VINAC brownout hysteresis current 7uA to 2uA
3、OVP脚有不同
4、HVSEN脚有不同
