请问 TPS54335A Exposed Thermal Pad 是内部与GND连接在一起么？
我去用万用表测量发现 ，TPS54335A ETP 与 GND 是不导通的，请帮我确认，ETP 与GND是什么关系？

不是特别确认，但是应该是不连接的，只是我这边没有芯片可以实地测试。原因是PCB板上是需要芯片GND连接Powerpad的，并且借助大面积的GND通过充分焊接Powerpad散热。
其次，如果你的芯片购买自TI是不用担心这个问题的，原因是购买渠道是TI判定芯片质量的唯一标准，建议直接找TI购买。
