如果给电池充电，不建议采用TPS63000,TI有专门为电池充电的电源管理芯片：focus.ti.com.cn/.../parametricsearch.tsp
而就TPS63000而言，最大输出电流与输入电压相关, 见datasheet: www.ti.com.cn/.../tps63000.pdf
第六页：Figure1,即便处在最低输入电压1.8V,也可以有最大400mA以上的电流流出。
