TPS61030低电压升压时，负载电流不够怎么解决？

各路大神，小弟遇到问题了，帮忙看一下，谢谢喽！

输入电压VBAT在1.8v~2.2V之间，输出Vcc想调整在3.8V左右，具体电路在下面附件中。看tps6103x手册中第6页TPS61031和TPS61032的MAX OUTPUT CURRENT vs  INPUT VOLTAGE ,想Vcc输出在3.8V是，最大输出电流应该能1A~1.5A之间，可是实际测量时，外接30Ω纯阻性负载输出电压就讲到2.4V左右。这是什么原因呢，该如何改进呢？
