具体实现就是做一个buck来 控制输出电压，同时采样电感电流做电流环，电压环输出为电流环基准，同时电流基准做钳位使其限流。
如果稳压稳流需求同地位，可以将电压电流环并立。
芯片的采用uc3525即可。
