在仿真过程中发现，只有当Ilim 设置为1.5A以上时，该功能能够正常使用。
在Ilim 设置为1.5A以下时输出端电压电流均为0。例如我们的限流值设为600mA，实际给的电压是6V，负载为12欧，实际输出电流为500mA时，输出端电流电压均为0。即便当时500mA的负载电流要小于限流值600mA。
