12V的输入，输入电流大约为10A左右，要求输出端最好是二路输出端，其中一路的输出电压为8V to 15V，输出电流至少为2A;另外一路输出可以为3.3V，电流不足1A左右就好。芯片最好是12--14年出的。
根据输出要求，输入不需要10A, 输入的12V还有其他作用吗？为什么需要10A？
根据输出要求，可以采用LM5022做一个两路输出的Flyback
如果是非隔离方案，可以采用LM25118产生8V到15V，然后使用TPS54227产生3.3V
