想对功率MOS进行高温老化测试，但是MOS管自身在通电时会发热，从而加热整个PCB板，
如果老化测试温度要求80度，那么我需要减去MOS管自己发热的温度吗？

不用考虑MOS的发热，一般老化是设定的是环境温度。
