外部更改FB引脚电压，实际Vout的电压变化速度大概能做到什么量级，比如输入都是12V，需要输出从4V跳变到8V，十几毫秒是否能完成电压变化？

这款芯片的softstar时间只有几个mS, 所以输出电压变化会很快，十几个mS应该是能完成时间变化。
