1、内部charger pump 电容规格及升压频率是多少?
2、芯片内部 1个die还是2个die
3、断线检测,芯片内部怎么做的
4、假如PACK+刚好2.1V,Shutdown与Start-up是存在冲突的,这时AFE会跳转到哪个状态

    1, This parameter is not characterized, the other information regarding rise times in the datasheet should be used for this kind of calculation. Page 16 of the datasheet has the information.

    2,非常抱歉没有查到相关信息。

    3,这款芯片的TRM没有介绍 open-wire detection,

    断线检测功能介绍如下:

    When Cell Open Wire protection is enabled, the device will periodically enable a small current source from each cell to test the discharge rate of each cell. If a cell is attached, the voltage should remain relatively constant. However, if a cell line is broken, the only charge is from a capacitor which should drop its voltage quickly when the current source is enabled, triggering an undervoltage protection. Likewise, the voltage of the cell above will double, also triggering an overvoltage fault.

    4, 这个不冲突,取决于您电池的状态,如果在shutdown状态PACK有2.1V就会唤醒.如果在normal状态电压低于2.1v就会进入shutdown状态。
