寄存器配置，见datasheet 第83页， 直接用程序控制。
您好 能否共享下规格书， 另外我理解TPS389006 应该是上电瞬间就 mask NIRQ吧，不然monitor 芯片刚上电时， 所监控的电压还没上电，IRQ会输出低电平。
