I took a look through the data, it looks like the low temp log has a glitch in data where the discharge is interrupted, this can cause problems with the tool. Please make sure the exact steps are followed as outlined in the GPCRB guide.
The ratio table indicates the the tool may have only take the small discharge portion to calculate the Rb values, you should see unique values for most of the new ratios.
