TPS51604: 能否配合CSD87333组成三相全桥用于电机驱动Does it fit a three-phase full bridge for motor drive with CSD87333

我想使用TPS51604配合CSD87333Q3D组成三相全桥用于电机驱动。具体情况是:

1 电源电压12~24V;

2 使用7805产生TPS51604栅极驱动需要的5V电压;

3 用MCU的PWM驱动,同时MCU的GPIO端口用两个22k电阻分压后连接nSKIP,GPIO置低时使能驱动,GPIO拉高时nSKIP经电阻分压得到1.6V左右的Tri-State电平,以禁用驱动;

4 栅极驱动电阻22Ω,无栅极滤波电容。

以上的用法是否有问题?

另外还有一个问题,母线24V以下使用时,TPS51604驱动CSD87333Q3D的栅极有没有必要设计米勒钳位电路?

I would like to  to design a three-phase full bridge for motor drive with TPS51604 and CSD87333Q3D, Here is the detail:

1. Power supply DC 12 to 24V;

2. 5V of TPS51604 gate drive is generated by 7805 ;

3. TPS51604 controlled by a three channel MCU PWM port,   nSKIP is connected to a two-22k resistors devided MCU-GPIO port.  Pull GPIO down To Enable TPS51604,  Pull GPIO up,  as nSKIP get a Tri State level of about 1.6V to Disable TPS51604;

4. 22 Ω  Gate drive resistor ,  no gate filter capacitor.

Is there a problem in the plan above?

Another question :

is it necessary to design a miller clamp drive circuit for the CSD87333Q3D gate driving with TPS51604 with 24V DC-bus?
