TPS23753APW用做poe设计电源时，同一批板子，有的正常输出5v，有的无输出。请问电路是否有问题。电路图如下：

能正常输出5V说明电路应该没有大的问题，有没有比较两种板子的差异？ 或者有测试一下不良板子的波形吗？
另外请问一下你这批板子的芯片哪里买的？ 以及建议确认一下过reflow的温度？ 高温有可能导致芯片部分损坏的。
