TPS65252工作电流，为什么没有达到 手册的3A,和2A？？？？

采用TPS65252供电，9V 输入，输出BLUK1 为5V 3A， BLUK2 为 3.3V 2A，但是测试发现，当3.3V电流超过400mA时，会出现大约10ms的断电脉冲（估计是过流保护），如下图：（同样5V也是在超过过600mA时，出现以下现象，这回标称的3A,2A差太远了吧？？？）
