在使用过程中偶发pg震荡，造成后端上电失败。
该震荡有时是在电源ok后18ms以内，有时候是一直这样
目前试过的方法：
去掉了VD1, 将R71和R6换成10K/4.7K,无变换；
更换RT ,100k/130k/150k都是试过，均不行；

将FB39去掉，测试一下输出电压，启动瞬间是否稳定?还是存在震荡？
