半桥电路拓扑,使用UCC28250控制器(放置于副边),控制器驱动信号outA 和outB 接UCC21225 的INA 和INB 管脚,隔离驱动供电VCCI(Vccs) 9.6V,VDDA和VDDB(Vccp) 供电电压10.6V,下图所示的“上” “下” 指的是半桥电路原边上MOS管和下MOS管。Vgs1 直接驱动上MOS管,Vgs2直接驱动下MOS管。输入驱动信号outA和outB 一直正常,当Vccp 电压10.6V时,原边MOS驱动信号Vgs1 和Vgs2 均正常工作;当Vccp电压上升至11.2V时,下管驱动信号Vgs2 正常,Vgs1 无驱动信号,此时输入信号INA和INB正常。即Vccp电压大约11.2V,原边上管驱动信号Vgs1 消失,整个电路工作异常。VDDA和VDDB 工作电压范围为6.5V-25V,11.2V 在其正常工作电压范围内。请帮忙进行芯片故障分析,驱动芯片出现什么样的故障才会导致无驱动信号,thanks!
