就是可以输入正负35V的信号，但是LM3914是单电源供电，可以处理负信号以及怎么处理负信号

不明确你的设计，如你所说LM3914是采用正电源，所以如果是是有正负信号需要给到LM3914, 可能需要用到运放将其转为正压信号。
