仔细看了UCC27282的技术手册，有关死区时间的描述如下：
从截图中看，死区时间才最大7ns，这个时间是不是太短了，感觉就和没有一样了呀，能可靠的防止半桥的上下桥臂直通吗？

这个芯片死区控制是在芯片内部控制的，正常不需要担心同臂导通。但是仍需要确认驱动信号，很多时候layout不好，或者受到担扰是有可能造成驱动异常。(所以要特别注意layout)
