1、LMZ10504连续工作一段时间后，发现芯片输出突然对地短路，具体原因不详，初步判断芯片内部MOS管异常(VIN=5V,VOUT=1.8V,Iout=2A)
2、芯片从TI官网是上购买
3、出现异常的具体原因是什么？是否有什么规避措施？
