LM25116: 给电池冲电

买了LM25116做的300W转换器用16V输入供电降压到12.5 V给电池组充电。

先在输出端接12V 20W卤素灯 调到 12.5V 约 1.5 A 是没有问题的。

但换接约10.5V （ 没冲满的锂电池组 ） 后输出端变为10.5 V但没有冲电电流。

是否给电池充电必须是升降压模块？
