I  try to power VIN_3V3 with external power,VBUS is 0V --->performance:LDO_3V3 is 0V,LDO_1V8 is 0V

             Question:i) If device should act as this?

        TPS65987DDK方案比较复杂，而且需要程序控制，我这边没有硬件板子调试，也没有程序做起来就比较难。美国那边有这个芯片产品线的工程师对这个方案比较熟悉，他们也有板子可以调试，能更方便的帮到你们，所以才建议你们到美国E2E提问： https://e2e.ti.com/
