buck电路可以将Vout变为地，将地作为负压输出。那么升压芯片是不是也可以这么做，可以的话，ti有关升压电路输出负压的文档吗，可以给个链接吗？

只有降压芯片做负压，输出接GND.
升压芯片没有这样做的。
要负压直接用降压芯片做，为什么还要用升压芯片做呢？ 前者在topy上可以转换成buck-boost,后者不可以。
