您好！我们的产品使用BQ2018做电量计，在与客户产品结合使用时发现有较多通讯失败的不良现象。测试VCC电压只用3.3V-3.45V左右。请问通讯不良是由于电压达不到3.7V吗？请问可以用什么做软件可以测试芯片的通讯功能？电路图如下。谢谢！
您好，应该是使用EV2200通讯，但是查不到评估板的用户手册。
