TPS53681能否直接硬件设置其输出，而不需要PMBus控制
我想贴完片后一上电就可以输出0.85V（6路）和1.2V（2路）的电压或其它电压配置。

如果不通过接口控制，就是默认配置输出, 很难符合到一般客户设计需求。
所以一般要固定电压的方案都是没有接口控制的电源芯片来做。
