您好，Either Impedance Track or CEDV gauging should work for this chemistry, since this is a newer chemistry we have not seen many customers use it so it would be best if they evaluated performance first to see if the accuracy/features are acceptable. If they use impedance track we would need to create a chem ID for them as we do not have any with this chemistry yet.
