亲；不行，这个IC只是电子开关IC，输出电压Vout=Vin-0.07*Iout。
注：Vin为输入电压，Vout为输出电压，Iout为输出电流。

亲；没有两个功能集成一起的。如果电流不大，可以用电荷泵或BUCKBOOST做一级稳压，开关输出。
