电源参数已经烧写到flash里，但上电不加载

我用fusion digitai power designer设计UCD9222+UCD7242的电源参数，两块板已经正常，但调试另外一块板时，在线调试一切OK，将其烧写进flash，重新上电，电源没有起来， 将flash里的参数重新读出来，与原参数比较，完全一样，说明程序已经烧写进flash； 插上USB-TO-GPIO，打开界面，电源又起来了， 请大侠们有遇到过这样的情况吗？或者帮忙提点意见
