TI有没有给超级电容充电管理的IC吗？输入为3.6V 300mAH的镍氢电池，给超级电池充电的电流限制在300mA左右，电容电压5V左右。
亲；貌似没有专用IC，需要用BUCKBOOST搭。
Buck-Boost搭那限流的IC呢？？这个难道用USB限流的？
这类IC都集成了限流电路，请参看TPS63051，TPS63036等，有些还可以用外围设置。

但是这两颗都是1A的，我们需求只要300mA的，
亲；如果要比较特定电流，可以外加电流反馈或用电流鲁棒控制。这就没有专用IC可用了。
不过，超级电容充电电流耐受力非常大，小容量电池的放电能力也很强。1A只是3C，应该可以接受，建议考虑。
