如下图设计，TPS54020输出1.0V，我想知道为什么后面没接负载的时候电压会从1.0逐渐升高到3V左右，接上负载后就正常输出1.0V(即使2mA负载）
芯片是否有最小负载电流要求？2mA是否满足？
