LM3409-Q1: 如果该器件的输入电压变化,会影响输出电压或电流变化吗?

问题:LM3409HV-Q1 用于驱动RGB三个灯,该电路的前级接到9V~15V的电源上,芯片的输出接到RGB的灯上,当VADJ固定时,调节输入电压(比如:当前是12V,调至10V时),灯的颜色会改变,请问该器件的输入电压变化,会影响输出电压或电流变化吗?该芯片是恒流驱动,正常调节VIN的电压,VOUT应该是稳定不变才对,是我哪里设计错误吗?

上图是规格的链接,图纸是按规格书的第12页画的,只是RGB三个灯是并联,三个LED的共阳极接到VOUT,LED的阴极分别由MOS管控制下地。
