The LM317 and LM337 chips, both packaged in TO-263-3, have similar functions and circuits. However, the second pin of the LM317 is an OUTPUT, while the second pin of the LM337 is an INPUT. I would like to ask if there is an issue with the datasheet or if this is the intended design?
