LM74910-Q1: burn out.

We are using the LM74910 as a protection switch and have an LC filter in series in the later stage.However,during use,especially when starting with a constant power load,it is very easy to burn out the chip and MOSFET.And we measured the chip's Hgate and current waveform as shown in the left diagram.When we short-circuited the inductor,its short-circuit protection performance was consistent with the manual.

My questions are:1.Is it supported to start with a constant power load(vin=9~16V,output power 100w with an overcurrent protection point of 20A)?2.Is a 1ms hgate retry interval normal(Ctmr =10nF_100V)? 3.Can an inductor still be connected in series in the subsequent stage?
