TPS23523: How to apply it to combine two -15V sources into one?

“How can the TPS23523 be used to first hot-swap two -15V power supplies and then OR them to the load?

Currently, I need to combine the -15V outputs from two PSUs into a single output, so that when one PSU fails, the other PSU’s -15V can immediately supply power to the load.

If there are other ICs that are better suited to my application, please let me know and explain how to use them.
