LMR16030: 初期上电正常，但在几分钟后芯片外壳炸裂。

大部分电路板都正常运行，偶尔会有几个电路板，上电运行正常，但是三分钟之后关机，拆开后发现DCDC芯片外壳炸裂。而且在原理图中，原设计师在续流二极管前加了一个贴片磁珠，是起什么作用的？
