TPS923652: TPS923652 may be damaged during use

Part Number: TPS923652

The design specification is an 2CH LED DRIVER.

Input: 24Vdc

output1: 36V/0.7A constant current.

output2: 36V/0.7A constant current.

One led driver, using  TPS923652 2PCS.

The frequency is set at 450KHZ, and the MCU is used to send a 1KHZ PWM signal to the ADIM PIN as analog dimming.
During the testing process, U1(TPS923652) was occasionally damaged.
I would like to ask what could be the cause?
Does BOOST’s BYPASS DIODE matter?

If you need to provide parameters or circuit diagrams, I can provide them.
