亲；LM2585、LM5000、TPS61175等都可以满足你的要求；且是单IC方案。做成反激拓扑即可。

上述文档中，可以用3.5A的TPS54360替代，设计出+/-5V/1.5A

参照第十四页图11，采用LM2587-5就是±/5V, 同时需要调整一下变压器匝比。
