UCC27211输出时烧毁

UCC27211驱动BSC0921NDI组成的三相电桥驱动BLDC，如果不驱动时UCC27211不会发热不会烧，但是输出后就会马上烧。

我用的UCC27211DDA，底部焊盘我没焊上，UCC27211坏掉后表现为正负极电阻变成9R，甚至更小。

请问这是什么原因造成的？
