用TPS563200做的12V转5V降压电路，不接负载（主要是传感器）时输出电压为5.04V，接上负载后，输出电压上升到5.34V.
有输出电压测试波形吗？交流耦合，看看工作是否稳定。

一般加载容易造成电压偏低，如果是偏高，可能是不稳定造成的，layout上注意您的功率路径。
R14的采样点要在C9上，而不能在C9前
