DSP要在 上电复位状态 下才能连接成功

        最近才开始研究DSP，芯片用的是TMS320DM6446 芯片内置ARM核与DSP核，发现一个很奇怪的问题：

        必须在复位状态下上电并且保持复位状态ICEPICK才能连接成功，之后拉高复位，才能成功连接ARM核与DSP核。

        不是很理解ICEPICK的意义。
