举一个当前疑惑的例子，在官方EVM板上TI-60这个用于连接仿真器的接插件上，存在TGTRST脚。这个脚在官方EVM板上连接到FPGA, 如果外围不用FPGA?应该连接到哪里?
FPGA起哪些作用，是否一定要有FPGA或其它协处理器?
