没有工程文件，xWR1443的SBL需要自己实现，具体请参考以下帖子：

我知道iwr1443没有SBL，mmwave sdk 3.x里面的sbl是16xx的例程，我要去参考，这个不能用ccs打开吗？打不开不方便看代码呀
