假如当前的光波长是850nm(响应度Normalized Spectral Responsivity=1.0), 光接收器收到的光能量Radiant Power (μW)多少的时候, 该光接收器就会饱和, 也就是再提升光功率, 输出也不会再变化.
您好，datasheet FIgure2 只给出了可见红光波长在650nm时，输出电压和光功率在不同负载下的关系。
850nm波长的话，对应的饱和光功率暂时没有这个值可以参考呢。 给您带来不便非常抱歉。
