我是用Uniflash成功烧录sdk自带的xwr68xx_mmw_demo.bin例程后

mmWave Demo Visualizer选择对应的COM时，无法连接上，两个口都连不上，端口多次检查没有问题，功能模式没有选择错误，上电、重启、开关软件等方法都没有效果

请问这该如何处理？
