- 输出电压范围是多少V ?输出电压值 大小受那些因素影响?
- 输出脉冲 宽度是多少ms?脉冲 宽度受那些因素影响?
2. ALARM (Pin 7):
- 漏电触发后, Self-Test 功能是否停止工作?
- 漏电触发后,输出是否一直维持以下状态?
- 如何恢复ALARM 原始(低电平)状态?除重新上电还有什么方法?
3. SCR_TST (Pin 9):
- 规格书应用电路建议连接电阻(R11 )为51K,1%,若产品供电 120Vac ,60Hz 或 240V, 60Hz 均可,电阻(R11)建议使用多大?
4. "7.3.7 self-test function : The AFE3010 performs two different types of self-tests: periodic self-test and continuous self-test"
- Periodic Self-Test 是否对应方块图 Figure 10?
- 有没Continuous Self-Test方块图?
5. 关于上电 VDD 电压上升时间,datasheet 备注“if the capacitance at VDD is too large,then the device takes longer to power up,which adds to trip times when device is powered up with a fault current."
- VDD上升时间有什么要求?是否相对某个IO 有时间关系 和要求?
