(After configuring the parameters of the 3-Lead Electrochemical Cell, the voltage outputs at the W and R terminals are unstable, and some voltages take a long time to reach)

Part Number: LMP91000

I'm using the LMP91000 to design an electrochemical measurement system. I've set up the corresponding parameters as per the spec sheet, so it should output a fixed voltage between W and R of the electrochemical sensor. Currently, I've connected a variable voltage to the Vref terminal and then adjusted different percentages (BIAS--REFCN -- Reference Control Register (Address 0x11)) to achieve a linear change in voltage between W and R. However, during testing, I've noticed that sometimes the output voltage doesn't match the calculations. Specifically, these voltages tend to suddenly drop while on an upward trend, then slowly rise back to the voltage I configured (sometimes they stop rising altogether after a while, failing to reach the desired voltage). What could be causing this issue?
